Bangle Sizing Guide
The Jade Bangle Co. Guide
The Art of the Perfect Fit
A jade bangle is not merely an accessory — it is a lifelong companion. Finding your size is the first step in that relationship.

Step One
How to Measure
Bangles are sized by inner diameter — not wrist circumference. What matters is the widest point of your hand, across the knuckles, as this is what the bangle must pass over to reach your wrist.
- Bring your four fingers together and tuck your thumb toward your palm.
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your knuckles.
- Note the measurement in millimeters.
- Match your measurement to the size chart below.

A Note from Erick
Wearing Multiple Bangles
If you plan on wearing more than one bangle at a time, I personally recommend going one or two sizes larger than your measured size. When you stack bangles, you'll want to be able to slide them up your arm and out of the way — whether you're typing, cooking, or simply need them off your wrist for a moment. A slightly larger size gives you that freedom of movement and makes the whole experience far more comfortable.
An Important Consideration
Casual Wear vs. Permanent Wear
Casual Wear
If you plan to put your bangle on and take it off regularly, prioritize a looser fit — one that slides over your hand comfortably without too much effort. Ease of removal should guide your size selection.
Permanent Wear
Some choose to wear their jade bangle permanently — a deeply personal and meaningful tradition. In this case, you may size down. The initial fitting may involve some discomfort as the bangle passes over the knuckles, but once on, it becomes a lifelong companion.
One More Thing
Wearing with Other Accessories
If you wear other bracelets, a watch, or accessories on the same wrist, consider whether your bangle will be able to slide up your arm far enough to sit above your other pieces. A bangle that fits your wrist perfectly may not move freely past a chunky watch or a stack of bracelets. In this case, we recommend sizing up to ensure your bangle can travel up your forearm comfortably — giving each piece its own space and keeping your wrist looking effortlessly styled.
