Solid Green Pakistani Nephrite Bangle, Natural Type A
An even, mid-toned green with the quiet organic character natural stone always carries: faint clouding, a slight drift in tone from one side to the other, nothing uniform or printed-looking. Carved as a single closed circle with a smooth rounded profile and no metal anywhere in the piece.

About Pakistani nephrite
Quarried in northern Pakistan, where the mountains of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan hold some of the world's finest modern nephrite. The deposits worked around Shangla and the Swat-Kohistan belt yield a dense, fine-grained stone in deep spinach-to-forest greens, still recovered in small quantities and finished largely by hand. Nephrite's interlocking fibrous structure makes it the most durable of the jades, and takes the soft, almost oily polish collectors look for.
- Type A, guaranteed. No dye, no polymer impregnation, no bleaching. Natural color, cut and polished only.
Each piece is one of a kind, so color and translucency vary slightly from the photos.
